Twenty Four Seven Hospitality Private Limited was conceived in 2005 to consolidate the promoters’ interests and assets in the serviced residence space. The promoters have over 30 years of experience in the field of property development, real estate, chemical import, manufacturing and logistics.

The group presently has interests and is presently developing three large shopping malls, two hotels and several residential and commercial projects.

Twenty Four Seven has been operating serviced apartments in Bangalore since 2001 and has properties spread over the entire city. The group is also operating a luxury all suite hotel in Indiranagar, a prime location in Bangalore.
