Monthly Tariff policy and conditions
  dot icon Luxury Taxes Extra as applicable.
  dot icon All guest shall pay monthly bills in advance for each months stay.
  dot icon For level 2 and level  3 discounts, difference amount will be held as deposit and refunded when each discount level is attained.
  dot icon In case of reduction in stay, discount level as per actual stay will be charged.
  dot icon Accommodation is for maximum of 2 Persons per room, additional Persons will be charged separately.
  dot icon Children under 12 are free.
  dot icon Complimentary toiletries & beverages will be provided in large packs for monthly stays.
  dot icon Bed and Bath linen will be changed twice a week.
  dot icon Housekeeping will be provided daily, except Sundays.
  dot icon Complimentary breakfast shall be provided in the cafeteria / conference hall only.
  dot icon Room Service, Cafeteria items, Telephones, Laundry and Convenience Store items will be charged at published prices only.
  dot icon Washing machines can be provided for long stay units at additional charges.
